Hunting items

Monster Hunter gear is sold at the Hunter’s Guild and gun shop, with support consumables at the hospital and witch vendors. Your gear works together with aiming, monster lore, and a daily chance to spot monsters around the city.

Zombie tracker (levels 1–5)

  • Buy once at the Hunter’s Guild for 300 (while you are there and you do not already own one). It starts at level 1.
  • Each day (when you are not in prison), the game checks whether a monster is detected at a random public location.

What raises your daily detection chance

  • Tracker level — higher levels give a noticeably better chance to find something each day. The jump from level to level is a bit stronger at lower levels than at the top.
  • Hunter’s amulet — wearing it adds a flat bonus to that daily chance.
  • Monster lore — your skill in this area adds a small extra on top, so training lore helps a little every day.

Tracker upgrades (eyes and bones)

At the guild, each upgrade costs five times your current tracker level in total materials, taken from zombie eyes and bone fragments (eyes are used first until the cost is covered). The tracker caps at level 5. At level 3 you can detect witches and see related map cues; at level 5 you can detect demons and that ties into related achievements.

From levelMaterials (eyes and/or bones)
1 → 25
2 → 310
3 → 415
4 → 520

tip

Farm eyes from zombies and bones from skeletons, then upgrade the tracker in one go before you lean hard on demon content—finding rare types depends a lot on detection. Bring plenty of ammo before rifle runs; a 1% break chance is rare per shot but adds up if you fire a lot.

Monster Hunter content requires the module; prices and special chances may change in updates.
