ACG Software publishes Life Simulator (also called Life Simulator: Reloaded). This policy explains data use in the game, including purchase validation and revenue analytics introduced with iOS version 6.5.6. You can play without creating an account with us.
01Gameplay and identifiers
Game progress is stored on your device. A randomly generated app or installation identifier is used for services such as the virtual-currency record, purchase access and analytics. We link purchase and advertising-revenue records with gameplay analytics using this identifier. It is pseudonymous, not a promise of complete anonymity. Game character ages, jobs and other virtual attributes describe gameplay; they are not a request for your real-life health, financial or family information.
02Purchases and RevenueCat
Apple processes iOS payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, currency, purchase status and app user identifiers to validate purchases, restore eligible permanent access, prevent duplicate grants and measure revenue. Existing permanent upgrades are one-time purchases; diamond packs are consumable. Life+ is an optional auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. RevenueCat also processes subscription expiration, renewal, cancellation and trial eligibility to manage access. Previous permanent purchases remain valid. Purchase and ad-revenue records help us understand revenue per player over time.
03Analytics and diagnostics
Google Firebase services process app interactions, sessions, virtual-currency activity, purchase-related events, installation identifiers, app and device information, and crash or diagnostic information. These services help us understand retention and feature use, maintain purchase and currency records, diagnose failures and improve the game. Session and screen events can be associated with the app user identifier. We do not send your support email address or phone number as RevenueCat customer attributes. We store the UTC day of play, app user and device identifiers, and first-life and redemption records in Firebase to grant daily gems and revive allowances without duplicate claims across saves or devices. Daily rewards require an online connection and do not accumulate on days you do not play. We also use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, for product analytics. PostHog processes gameplay and purchase-funnel events, app and device information, the pseudonymous app user identifier and approximate location derived from the IP address to help us understand retention, feature use and revenue per player. RevenueCat sends purchase and subscription events to PostHog under the same identifier, and the app sends ad impression values without advertising identifiers. The online server also sends gameplay events (for example sign-ups, actions and purchases) to PostHog under the same pseudonymous identifier; it never sends what you write, your name or your messages.
04Advertising
The game uses Google AdMob and may serve ads through mediation partners such as Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads. These services can process device or advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad views and interactions, and performance or diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. With the required permission or consent, advertising partners may link information across apps or websites for personalized ads and measurement. Ad impression values, placement and network information are also sent to RevenueCat under the app user identifier to measure advertising revenue alongside purchases. Active Life+ subscribers receive no ads. Other players may see optional rewarded ads; players outside the gradual Life+ test may also see interstitial ads and one-time offers.
05Your choices
On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required, the in-app privacy/consent form lets you manage advertising choices; we request ads only when the consent system allows them. Declining tracking does not require creating an account or prevent starting the game. Deleting the app removes its local data, but does not automatically delete transaction or service records held separately. Contact us for access or deletion requests and include enough information to locate the relevant record. Never send passwords or payment-card details. Apple purchase and subscription settings are managed through your Apple Account.
06Service providers and retention
Our providers process data to deliver their services and may process it outside your country. We keep service records while needed to provide the game, handle purchases and support, prevent fraud, and meet applicable obligations; provider retention policies also apply. Some transaction records may need to be retained after a deletion request. Read the provider policies linked below for their own processing practices.

08Online mode
If you play the online mode, we also process: the sign-in identifier that Sign in with Apple gives Firebase Authentication (we do not ask Apple for your name or email address) and a keyed hash of it that lets us enforce bans; your age range, from Apple's age range feature or your own choice, only to apply age protections; your character and its play (city and venue, actions, skills, money, relationships and diary, and its crime, police and prison records such as wanted level, charges and sentences); in-game money you send to friends, which is game currency only; what you write or upload (names, status messages, blog posts, comments, venue chat, forum topics and replies in the forum channels, direct messages and photos); reports you make and moderation records about you; and, if you allow notifications, a push token with your device's time zone and language.
Names, texts and photos are checked by automated filters and an automated moderation service, and may be reviewed by our moderators, for example when they are reported. Other players see your character, your public profile and what you publish. Players under 13 cannot write free text, upload photos or send messages. History such as the diary, notifications, messages, posts, comments, likes and profile visits is kept for up to 60 days, venue chat for 7 days and a dead character's memorial profile for 60 days; moderation and ban records are kept as long as safety requires. You can delete your online account in the app at any time. The online terms explain the rules of the online world.
09Ratings and feedback
In the online mode we may ask how you like the game. Your star rating, the reasons you pick and an optional note (up to 500 characters; players under 13 cannot write a note) are stored with your online account so the team can read them in our moderation panel, and are deleted after 60 days. A rating of 4 or 5 stars may open Apple’s own rating window, which Apple handles.
10Children and changes
The game is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. We update this policy when our data practices change and show the revision date above.
