Money & economy

Cash flow is the backbone of a stable life: rent, gear, education, and emergencies all pull from the same wallet. Life Simulator Reloaded ties income to jobs, stores wealth in property, and lets you trade through the market—while gems sit alongside as premium currency (see Gems & boosts).

Jobs as income

  • Primary income: Working shifts, promotions, and job-specific bonuses.
  • Skill gates: Better jobs need skills; skills need time and sometimes courses (often a money sink upfront, payoff later).
  • Promotions: Looks makes promotion skill checks a bit easier, so investing in appearance can help you climb pay tiers faster.

Line up one career track early: bouncing between unrelated entry jobs burns days. Pick a path whose skills stack (e.g. service, tech, crime-adjacent) for compounding raises.

Property

Housing and related systems let you:

  • Pay rent or invest in better living (comfort often feeds energy and morale indirectly through the actions available at home).
  • Use furniture and home activities where the game offers them—some pieces give daily bonuses or extra options tied to being at home.

Property is both a status symbol and a stability tool: a safer home rhythm makes it easier to hold a job and recover your meters.

Market: buying and selling

The market lists items with cash prices; some entries also offer a gem price. You can:

  • Buy consumables, gear, gifts, and progression items.
  • Sell surplus loot when the game lets you—clearing inventory turns clutter into runway.

Watch for extra stock unlocked by optional story packs: crime, celebrity, and monster content can add niche goods.

dica

Before big purchases, ask: Does this unlock actions, save meters, or speed a quest? Decorative buys are fine for flavor; progression buys win tight runs.

Assets panel

Once you have some savings, open the Assets panel to manage your wealth across three systems:

  • Housing — Buy or rent properties, place furniture for stat bonuses, rent out extra properties for passive income. See: Housing.
  • Stock Market — Invest in shares of 9 companies across 7 sectors. Prices change daily and react to news events — buy a mobile phone to receive alerts. See: Stock Market.
  • Collections — Buy and sell collectibles at auction. Items appreciate over time. See: Collections & Auctions.

Gem economy (overview)

Gems are not regular cash. They buy skips, boosts, and select market exclusives. Budget them for moments where failure costs days or stats—not for every small inconvenience. Details: Gems & boosts.

Earning money efficiently

  1. Promote on schedule — meet skill checks before burning time on side hustles.
  2. Stack passive-friendly days — work → recover → repeat beats constant risky grinds.
  3. Sell what you do not need after events that flood inventory.
  4. Invest in education when a course unlocks a higher wage tier; treat tuition as ROI, not sunk cost.
  5. Play the stock market — buy stocks after bad news, sell on recovery. Even safe stocks like GoldBank beat leaving cash idle.

Balance and prices can change; always confirm numbers in the live build.
